Sweet whey powder

Sweet whey powder is used in many different food and dairy products. The powder is the concentrated and dried product of sweet whey that comes from cheese production. Only water has been removed.

Membrane filtration (reverse osmosis) can be used to increase the total solid content of the fluid before evaporation and spray drying.
