The Tetra Recart filling machine Tetra Pak R1 has a production capacity of up to 24 000 Tetra Recart packages /hour. It is the world’s the first retortable carton-based processing and packaging system

It consists of a combination of specially developed Tetra Pak equipment and third party machinery. The main parts are a form and seal machine, fillers, handling system, heat treatment and distribution equipment.

The Tetra Pak R1 form and seal machine erects carton blanks, seals the top and seals the bottom and forms the package after filling. All steps from loading blanks into the form and seal machine to package shaping, filling, sealing and transportation to the retort racks are performed in one smooth process.

The square, lightweight and durable packages are ideal for creating an efficient and economical distribution – from the manufacture of compact empty cartons to the distribution and handling of filled packages all the way to the consumer’s waste recycle bin.
